In the original image the spray paint is black but I used green because it was all I had to hand. I'm happy with the end result. I really love the fine pen lines that drape across the face, they project the feeling of sadness and tears. The effect Bercsek used on the eyes creates a haunted look which I think is what attracted me to the illustration in the first place.

I like how Bercsek has used a technique that suggests there is hair and I think I have done a good job recreating it.
